NeWSLETTER – SUSTAINING A LEGACY

Do you want to engage in climate action and learn practical ways to reduce your energy usage?

Join us in Swansea, for our Sustaining a Legacy project.

What is it?

  • The project will support volunteers to understand how to reduce energy consumption, embed behavioural changes that can lead to improved energy efficiency, and learn tips and tricks to reducing our carbon output and footprint through an empty property renovation.

  • The project is open to anybody aged 16+. Whether a first-time buyer, a current or potential property developer, have an interest in climate action, or want to develop new skills and knowledge, this project is for you.

  • Utilising a whole-house approach to regeneration, volunteers will be guided through an empty property renovation, learning what can, and should be done, to reduce carbon output and improve the energy efficiency of the property.

  • In doing so, volunteers will develop a range of practical skills whilst being supported to better understand the impact of energy efficiency measures on a property and how each can work with, and at times, against each other.
