WalesOnline Diversity & Inclusion Awards 2022

July 13th saw the first ever WalesOnline Diversity & Inclusion Awards take over Cardiff City Stadium for an evening of celebration and awards.

The glittering black-tie event was headline sponsored by the Welsh Government, with champions from every corner of Wales coming together to get the appreciation they deserve.

Hosted by Capital FM’s Josh Andrews and Kally Davies, 13 awards were handed out in between entertainment from award-winning pianist and composer, Ify Iwobi, and powerful speeches by the Welsh Minister for Social Justice, Jane Hutt, and 7/11 survivor and disability advocate, Dan Biddle.

The Community Impact Initiative was honoured to be Highly Commended in the Social Mobility Champion, Initiative, or Campaign of the Year.

Thank you for the kind recognition of our work in this important area.
